Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask you to let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment to someone else in need of care. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee may apply. Thank you for your understanding.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept cash, credit card, and EFTPOS payments for your convenience. If you have any specific payment inquiries, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
Things To Know Before Session
It is recommended to wear loose fit clothing to be comfortable during session. Also, it is best not to have acupuncture within 1 hour after having a big meal and also not recommended to attend if haven't had food all day either.
Private Health Insurance Rebates & WorkCover Approved.
Our clinic is registered for Private Health Fund rebates and WorkCover. Client will be able to claim onsite via HealthPoint for most private health funds.
